1. Information we receive

What you send us in an inquiry email (your email address, name, company, message and attachments, including 3D files). This site has no input forms.

2. How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, arrange the trial version and respond to requests to analyze your 3D files.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not give your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. However, we may have external services process it on our behalf, for tasks such as sending and receiving email and drafting replies to inquiries (see section 4).

4. External services we use

• Email: inquiry emails are received through Cloudflare’s email forwarding (Email Routing) and forwarded to Google Gmail, where we read and answer them.
• First response to inquiries: we may use Anthropic’s AI service (Claude). We send only the message text needed to draft a reply; we do not send the 3D files or drawings you send us. We use it under settings and terms under which what we send is not used to train AI models.
• Hosting of this site: Cloudflare (may keep connection logs for a limited time)

5. 3D files you send us

3D files you send for an analysis request are used only for that request and deleted when the request is closed or whenever you ask us to delete them. If you would like a non-disclosure agreement, please let us know.

6. Analytics

To understand how the site is viewed (pages viewed, approximate country or region, browser type and similar), this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies individuals.

7. Security

We keep the information you send us in an environment that only the operator can access, and delete what is no longer needed.

8. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you would like your information disclosed, corrected, deleted or no longer used, please contact us at the address below. After confirming your identity, we will respond promptly.
